These terms and conditions govern the use of Casineia and apply to every visitor who registers an account, claims a bonus, or places a wager on the platform. By creating an account, a player confirms acceptance of the terms set out below in full.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same identity, the same household, the same payment method or the same device, will be treated as a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance. Players must provide accurate registration details and keep account information current, including a valid email address and payment details.

3. The Welcome Bonus

New players who complete a first qualifying deposit are eligible for the welcome bonus of 200% up to €3,000, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: €20.
• The bonus is credited automatically; no promotional code is required.
• Wagering requirement: 35 times the bonus amount, to be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Slot games contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; table games contribute 10%; live dealer games do not contribute.
• Maximum bet while a bonus or bonus-derived funds remain active is €5 per spin or hand.

• Casineia reserves the right to void bonus winnings obtained through methods designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering requirements, including but not limited to low-volatility betting patterns intended purely to farm the requirement.

4. Ongoing Promotions

Reload bonuses, cashback offers and odds boosts are published on the promotions page with their own specific terms, which take precedence over these general terms where a conflict arises. Casineia reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not retroactively affect already-credited bonus funds or already-placed bets.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player’s own name. Casineia reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed only after identity verification is complete. Processing times vary by method and are listed on the payments page; these times reflect typical processing and are not guaranteed delivery windows, since third-party payment providers and banks may introduce additional delay outside Casineia’s control.

Winnings derived from a deposit made using a stolen or unauthorised payment method will be voided, and any balance will be returned to the rightful account holder upon verification.

6. Account Suspension and Closure

Casineia reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of prohibited software, or breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any remaining balance derived from the breach may be forfeited. Players may request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time through account settings or by contacting support directly.

7. Game Rules and Technical Issues

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game’s outcome, Casineia reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. Where a discrepancy exists between the displayed result and the result recorded on Casineia’s servers, the server-recorded result is considered authoritative. Game rules, paytables and RTP figures displayed within each game are accurate as of the last update; players are encouraged to review the specific game’s information panel before wagering.

8. Responsible Gaming

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits and session reminders through account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests, whether for a fixed period or indefinitely, take effect promptly and cannot be reversed before the selected period elapses except through the formal process described in the responsible gaming section of account settings. Casineia does not target marketing communications toward self-excluded accounts.
